How it works

Two weeks to your first human-verified release

No months-long onboarding. No army of coordinators. A small expert pod, an AI testing engine, and a loop that starts producing confidence in your second week.

  1. Week 0

    Kickoff & discovery

One call and a product walkthrough. We map your critical user journeys, agree on environments and access, and set up the shared Slack or Teams channel. Your dedicated pod — a senior test lead plus testers sized to your product — is assigned.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Pilot: your first regression suite

We build automated coverage for your highest-risk flows and set the AI vibe testers loose on the rest of the app. By the end of week two you receive your first human-verified regression report — on your real application, free.

  3. Weeks 3–6

Coverage grows, the rhythm sets in

The suite expands sprint by sprint. Nightly runs become routine: you merge during your day, we test during ours, and a triaged report is waiting every morning. Flaky tests get fixed by us, not filed as chores for your team.

  4. Ongoing

    Always-on regression, always a human

Every build, every night, every release candidate. AI executes, a named senior tester reviews and signs off, and your suite evolves with your product. When you ship something big, we scale the pod up; when things are quiet, you scale it down.

The Regressionly Loop

Inside every single run

This is the loop that executes each night once your suite is live — AI for coverage, a human for judgment, a report you can act on.

Stage 1

AI vibe testing

AI agents exercise your application like real users — clicking, typing, exploring edge cases — and run the full regression suite on every build, at machine speed.

The human in the loop Stage 2 — always

Human review

A senior tester reviews every AI run: triaging failures, catching what automation rationalizes away, and judging what a machine cannot — is this actually right for a user?

Stage 3

Verified release

You get a morning-ready report with a human signature on it: what passed, what broke, what changed. Confidence you can take to production — and to your board.

Then the loop runs again. And again. Every build, every night — that’s the regression part.

Team extension from India

Your team ships features. We guard the regressions.

Regressionly extends your QA team from India. Your onshore testers stay with developers on real-time feature work — we build, maintain, and run your regression suite while your office sleeps.

  • A dedicated pod of testers who learn your product deeply
  • The timezone becomes an asset: overnight runs, morning-ready reports
  • Scale the pod up or down with your release cadence — no hiring cycle

Your day — onshore

09:00 – 18:00
  • Your QA team pairs with developers on new features
  • Real-time exploratory testing on the sprint
  • Merges land all day — no regression anxiety

Our night shift — India

your 18:00 – 09:00
  • We run the full regression suite on today’s builds
  • AI vibe testing sweeps every critical flow
  • A senior tester triages and signs off on every run

Working-with-us questions

Which tools and frameworks do you use?

Playwright is our default for web automation, with Cypress and Selenium supported where you already have suites. API testing runs on industry-standard tooling, and our AI vibe-testing agents are framework-agnostic — they drive the product through the UI like a user. Everything integrates with your CI (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, and others).

How do you communicate day to day?

A shared Slack or Teams channel for the daily flow, a triaged report every morning, defects filed directly into your tracker (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues), and a weekly sync with your team lead. There is deliberate overlap time with US and European hours.

How is security and confidentiality handled?

NDAs before we see anything, least-privilege access to dedicated test environments, no production data required (we generate synthetic test data), and client work isolated per pod. We are happy to complete your vendor security review.

What if our app changes constantly?

That is exactly the situation we are built for. Suite maintenance is part of the service — when your UI or flows change, we update the tests, not you. AI-assisted selectors and human review keep maintenance fast without letting the suite rot.

Can you work alongside our in-house QA?

That is the default model. Your team keeps feature testing and in-sprint work; we own regression. We share test plans, avoid duplicate coverage, and hand over knowledge continuously — we extend your team, we never wall it off.
